Weighning and scale packing system for PP PE pellets
Weighning and scale packing system could be used in the plastic pellets and granules.
The material in the packaging bag is converted into an analog voltage signal by the gravity sensor, and then amplified by the intelligent weighing instrument for A/D conversion. The central processor performs high-speed sampling, digital filtering and other processing and calculations, and issues instructions according to the user's settings and calculation results to control the feeding motor to run at three speeds: fast, medium and slow. When the weight of the material reaches the set target value, the weighing instrument outputs an end signal to the program controller to execute the end weighing, the feeding motor stops running, and the vacuum device stops working at the same time, completing the weighing process, and so on.

mechanical vibration or resonance of the equipment during field

6. The latest ferroelectric storage technology is used to ensure
that data is not lost during power failure, and a large capacity
database can be built in the instrument for intelligent analysis;
